What attitudes or partnerships do you need, what sort of atmosphere do you want or need to create, how do you build a network and collegiate atmosphere? What kind of place can nurture and promote creativity?

We are delighted to announce that our keynote speaker for this event is Jean Vinet of the La Brèche creation centre in Cherbourg, France. He will be joined by a panel of UK specialists to explore what works here in the UK and the lessons we can learn from creation centre (and other) models elsewhere.
