Each Elemental event has its own ‘theme’ to outline the conversations that will take place.

In the East Midlands our focus is on commissioning great new work with a focus on public sector partnership development.

We are delighted to announce that Frank Wilson, Director and Founder of Stockton International Riverside Festival, who has commissioned nationally and internationally will be our keynote speaker. Frank will be sharing his insight and expertise to give an insider’s view of this theme.
